A set a posts at the club house end of the pitch had recently been damaged in high winds. Unfortunately the posts could not be repaired and have had to be replaced. The cost of a new set is approximately £1000 and the club have managed to secure a loan to purchase some new posts.. read more →

Blackpool Stanley with once again a very young side made the trip to Wetherby for a friendly against the Bulldogs another experienced side from the Yorkshire League. Trip to Wetherby The club are running a coach to Wetherby on Saturday 23rd February 2019 to see the pre season friendly against Wetherby Bulldogs. Fixtures for the North West Mens Division 5 have been announced. Stanley start the campaign with a home game against Orrell St James A on Saturday 2nd March, at Kingscote Park Kick off 2:30pm.
