A set a posts at the club house end of the pitch had recently been damaged in high winds. Unfortunately the posts could not be repaired and have had to be replaced.

The cost of a new set is approximately £1000 and the club have managed to secure a loan to purchase some new posts ready for the new season. Blackpool Council were unable to help with financing the replacement of the posts.
