Blackpool Stanley recognises that in order for the club to thrive and prosper a good team of volunteers is required not only to help prepare the teams for match days but to provide the much needed help and assistance behind the scenes that makes the jobs of the “front line” coaches so much easier.
As part of our Club Mark accreditation each teams requires volunteers to cover 5 posts positions within each team –
- Head Coach
- Assistant Coach,
- Team Managers,
- Touchline Manager
- First Aid
Whilst it’s possible for individuals to double up in certain roles each team needs a minimum of 3 volunteers, however there is no limit to the number of support volunteers that can get involved.
Our Club Mark accreditation also mandates that we have certain roles covered at the club including: Chairpersons, Secretary, Treasurer, Website & Social Media Managers, Club House catering, Bar staff, Fund raisers, Press Relations Officers, Sponsor Co-Ordinators etc.
All our volunteers are CRB/DBS checked and are encouraged to complete suitable training for the role they take up.
